Our hydrating Steam Room is the perfect preparation for most treatments, designed to open pores and clear out unwanted toxins.
It’s your time, arrive a little early and ease into your spa experience with our wellness welcome in our relaxation area.
Please be mindful that all guests enjoying our facilities, including treatments, must be over the minimum age requirement of 16 years.

Choose from our beautiful menu online or talk to our team and together we can tailor an un-forgettable experience.
Spa Etiquette
AQUA Day Spa is designed for total relaxation. To respect another guest’s tranquillity, we will kindly ask you to be mindful and turn off your mobile phone and keep voice levels to a minimum. The Spa is a non-smoking area and excessive consumption of alcohol before, during and after your experience is contraindicated.
To accommodate your needs we recommend reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Our caring experts will assist you in selecting the treatments that best suit your needs so please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your AQUA Day Spa experience.
To enhance your spa experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your pampering. Leave the world outside and wrap yourself in a comfortable robe and slippers in anticipation of your pampering.
Please plan your “time out” carefully as late arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time.
Please telephone the Spa by 6pm the evening before your treatment to change or cancel your reservation, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. No show appointments are charged at 100%.
Your sense of dignity and well-being is paramount to us. All our qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly in order to respect your privacy and comfort. Robes, slippers and disposable underwear are provided. Please bring your swimwear if you plan to experience the aqua therapy pool and steam room.
